Personal Development.

 

It's one of those things you never really knew you NEEDED until you are put in a new position of growth. 

 

Personal Development is all about personal growth. For most of us, we've never been in a spot like this before. We aren't used to having to being so resilient, in order to grow a successful business. 

 

In my experience, we have to grow in order to attain new levels of success or leadership. It doesn't just HAPPEN - we must be intentional about it. NO ONE I know becomes a Beachbody Coach because they are ecstatic about making sales - they are excited about helping others & making a difference in the lives of others. In this business - we have the opportunity to mentor and encourage many people - but first, we have to commit to being filled up ourselves - so we are capable to mentor others and pass on all that we learn. 

Coaches share with me that they "don't know if they can really be successful as a Beachbody Coach." They have never lead a team before, so as the team grows - so does their insecurity. The answer to all of this - is simply being invested in personal growth. The most important thing you can work on in this business - is YOURSELF.

 

It is a VITAL BEHAVIOR for a reason.
